Everything in our solar system is energy, all physical objects and us as human beings, including our thoughts and emotions. Higher energies are lighter and move at a faster pace, whereas lower energy is dense. It becomes stagnant and can cause blockages in the body. As a result, life can appear to be a struggle.
When higher energies meet lower energies, they convert or nullify these lower frequencies, which in turn raises your vibration. This is why a positive thought is more powerful than a negative thought.
Based on my own perspective and experiences, these principles may help you in times of change and growth in your own life:
1. When you go searching for one thing and you find something else
This comes about as you follow a path of least resistance. You’re in a state of allowing, as you’re not insisting upon the outcome, therefore “something else” shows up in your physical reality.
2. Expectation versus reality
Your expectations are quite often different from your reality because you’re attached to a particular outcome. You’re holding conscious thoughts of how you want your life to be instead of recognizing the path of least resistance, which is unfolding for you right now, in this moment. This also indicates that your subconscious mind is indeed creating your reality.
3. We become the people we surround ourselves with
Be conscious of your energy levels around the people you spend the most time with. Surround yourself with people who are loving and supportive of your needs as well as mentors you can aspire to and help you grow as a person.
4. The more detached you are, the more flows to you
The more you let go, the more flows into your life. The more you are detached, the more you are aligned and connected with your inner being and the easier it is to draw your desires into your experience. The needier you are, the more you are pushing what you want away. As Abraham Hicks said, “Practice the vibration of what you want by ignoring it.”
5. Searching is better than suffering
If you’re searching, you’re moving into new realities and new experiences, and somewhere in between all the contrast, you are forming new ideas or desires that lead you to what you’ve been asking for.
This, therefore, creates a different path and a different outcome than that of your old reality, which, over time, dissipates or fades away. Something new emerges that activates a change within you, causing you to act. These new experiences mirror the changes within you.
Suffering on the other hand is your repetitive negative thoughts which are feeding your pain body. It controls your thoughts and this in turn reactivates the pain body, thus reflecting back to you the same old cycle you’re stuck in. For you to change these negative thoughts and emotions, you must change your focus.
6. Stepping outside your comfort zone
Something always manifests when you step outside your comfort zone. Just listen to your intuition. To your conscious mind it will not make sense, but when you feel the urge to act, just act! This is the universe working through you.
7. Do, Be, Have
Move away from waiting, wishing, and hoping, which doesn’t change anything. Instead, look at what you have, what you can do, and who you want to become. When you adopt this mindset, you become a magnet for your thoughts to manifest into your experiences and more abundance will start flooding into your life. You become what you want to attract.
8. Don’t take life too seriously
Finally, don’t take life too seriously. When you’re having fun, you’re vibrating at a high frequency, which will allow other experiences that match that frequency to flow into your life at a faster pace. It is also vital for your health and well-being. Learn to love yourself while trusting in what is to come.
