To all the amazing women out there who have found their tribes, I dedicate this to you. As we travel down this road of healing and self-discovery, I offer all of you the following wishes:

- Kindness towards the little girl inside who has been protecting you all these years
- Kindness towards the new you who makes mistakes without shame or persecution
- Honesty in recognizing what changes need to occur
- Honesty in accepting and loving yourself including all your warts
- Understanding that you are not perfect and never will be and that’s ok
- Understanding that no matter how negative your thoughts can be your tribe will accept and love you
- Recognizing that you are not alone and that your tribe will be there for you no matter what
- Recognizing that you are much stronger than you even thought
- Avoiding negative self talk
- Avoiding the easy road that offers no growth or challenge no matter how fatigued you might be
- Comprehending how truly amazing it is to belong to such a unique tribe
- Comprehending how to use your past to strengthen your future
We are the warriors, each and everyone of us. We are heroes, confidantes, and cheerleaders to each other. We listen so that we each feel heard. We strengthen each other by our laughter and our tears. We are united as we move forward into whatever the future may hold because most of all we do it together.
