Life is constantly unfolding into new experiences and personal growth as our inner wisdom evolves. Wisdom develops over time as we persist with faith. As we age, we have choices: to allow the chaos and havoc of the world to consume us or to transform from it and create positive change in the midst of it.
Transforming means creating peace instead of chaos and compassion instead of havoc. Often, as we age, we accumulate baggage from our lives, and this attachment weighs us down. It comes in the form of negativity, confusion, and anger.
The more we walk this path with cloudy lenses—seeing all the negative around us—the heavier the burden becomes. Add one piece of baggage after another, and you overburden yourself, overwhelm yourself, and become sick and tired.
Rejuvenating our mind and spirit rejuvenates our body. Whatever is good for the mind and spirit creates health for the body. A healthy mind equals more energy, clarity, and productivity.
Being spiritually healthy means having a personal relationship with your inner being and creator. It’s having purpose and making unique contributions to the world. Discover and practice your talents and creativity, and you’ll uncover your authentic journey of mastery.
The purpose of the divine is love, compassion, and kindness. By sharing what you have, you bring light and healing into the world. Faith and wisdom say we are always creating. You can create more negative attachment, or you can embrace freedom.
Freedom means you can be, do, and have what you want when it’s in sync with the universe. Freedom allows you to think what you want, speak your desires into creation, and know that imagination is the starting point of creativity.
When you think and speak in alignment with your higher self, new positive thoughts emerge. Inspiration springs forth. Motivation calls you to action, which inevitably leads to manifestations and your destination.
