Life’s Instruction Manual: The Five-Step Formula
1. Follow Your Passion
Your higher mind communicates through energy. And your physical body translates those energetic messages into the sensations of passion, excitement, curiosity, creativity, attraction, love, and joy. These are not random emotions—they’re divine signposts.
These feelings tell you that this situation, this circumstance, this thing, this project, this idea, or this concept is something that aligns with who you really are, with your core frequency, experienced as your passion, excitement, creativity, love, and connection. Your frequency is who you are. It’s your vibration, your signature as a unique being, a unique reflection of all that is and of existence itself.
2. Act on Your Passion to the Best of Your Ability
When that spark of excitement shows up, take action. Bashar says, “This is your next step. This is your path. Act on it the best you can, taking it as far as you can—that’s the second step—until you can take it no further.”
This is how you engage in a real dialogue with your Higher Self. When you act, you say, “I hear you. I’m listening. I’m ready.”
Act on your passion until you can’t take it any further or your excitement wanes. If your excitement fades, examine the reason. It could be time to pivot, or fear has crept in, disguising itself as logic.
3. Have Zero Insistence on the Outcome
This one is hard, and it’s the most important.
As you act on your passion, taking it as far as you can, you must have absolutely zero insistence or assumption on what the outcome should be or for what it will look like.
The physical mind is limited. It doesn’t always know what’s truly possible. But your Higher Mind does. Use your imagination to get into alignment and stir the magic but then let go.
Let the Universe surprise you. The moment you drop your insistence, the path can finally reveal itself.
4. Stay in a Positive State
Things won’t always go the way you planned. If something manifests that you don’t prefer or didn’t plan on, recognize that whatever it is will still serve you if you stay in a positive state.
When you can stay in a positive energetic state, even when reality doesn’t match your preference, you keep your vibration open to receive what does serve you.
It’s not about pretending something negative is positive. It’s about choosing to respond in a way that keeps your energy aligned with trust, openness, and forward momentum.
The secret? What you put out is what you get back.
5. Investigate Your Belief Systems
Last but not least: get curious about what you believe.
A lot of your current beliefs probably aren’t even yours. You picked them up from childhood, culture, or fear. But here’s the truth:
If you see someone doing something you wish you could do, it means you’re capable of it too—otherwise, it wouldn’t even show up in your field of awareness.
Releasing outdated beliefs is how you make room for your soul’s blueprint to come alive.
These steps are life’s instruction manual. You don’t have to believe it for it to work. It’s already working. This is the engine under the hood of your life. When you start using it consciously, everything changes.
