Let me remind you, dearest ones, that emotions are energy in motion; emotions seek to be recognized.
There is no other reason for their surfacing.
Allow a witnessing of emotions as visitors, and not as enemies. This alone will begin to shift your perception of your experience.
Here I shall guide you through the emotions that are uncomfortable and less pleasant.
This way you’ll soften a bit more, see through them, then maybe welcome them, share with them, and let them go in grace.
This practice I am sharing here is divinely inspired (in-spirit) by a dearest Being, Sofia Waapiti Ra, whom I cherish for guiding the way from “afar.”
1. Recognize the emotion.
You first are to recognize which emotions are being presented to you. They could be emotions such as feeling lost, feeling angry, feeling lack, feeling unsafe. You cannot continue on if you do not start with identifying the emotion.
2. Welcome it.
Let the emotion know it is seen, it is acknowledged, it is honored. By your voicing this to the emotion, as if it were right before you, you are welcoming it into this sacred place you hold and that you are. Profound.
3. Talk to it in gratitude.
Take, for example, feeling unsafe.
You can say such an invocation as the kind I leave here:
“I see you, thank you for coming forth, it is okay, you are okay now, you are safe here, you are seen, you are recognized, you are loved.”
“I love you, I see you, you are held here, you are supported, you are provided for, you have all the support here, you are not alone.”
“You are no longer alone. You are cherished.”
“I am with you. We are with you, and we welcome you to this space where you can now relax.”
“You can rest here.”
“Thank you, thank you, thank you for allowing your self to be seen, for your courage, for your opening, for your honesty. I see you.”
You can keep repeating this, and as you continue, you signal your conscious inner taking, your conscious approach, and devotion to this energy, which only sought you in order to be released.
4. Visualize its transmutation.
Visualize a golden orb/vortex/void/womb where all this is being transformed into reusable energy!
Here you take the role of the anchor, the transmuter, the sacred portal for whatever energy has surfaced to lead its transcendence.
Here, you allow a transformation to take place.
We only identify with these “lower frequency” emotions as being “bad” because they are unpleasant. Notice how the energy shifts when you say “I see you, and it is okay.” When you genuinely are willing to see this through, you will meet with a new you!
You awaits You, anew!
This is the conscious way – returning to our free will and choosing to walk this path in honor of all motion, within and without.

Repeat, and take as long as you need, solely keep speaking from your heart.
This lasts less than 30 minutes. You will feel the shift.
Do not dare say you have no “time” for it. Your emotions definitely have time for you, time to make you aware of what is actually held in your system. So why not give them your attention? And then, release them from your field.
