Your actions are your thoughts in motion.
Here are several ways you can start using your actions to manifest change:
Start paying attention to your everyday, routine behaviors to understand what your thinking is, and then deliberately work on changing those behaviors that need it most. For example:
1. Being overly frugal.
When in the grocery store, do you often shop for the cheapest, most generic brands, trying to save every single penny you can?
What does that reveal about your belief in the avalanches of abundance that are rushing toward you?
To counter this, go on the offense and, every now and then, splurge. You don’t have to buy all the expensive stuff, but be aware of your behavior and occasionally offset that which was not serving you.
And remember, your positive “demonstrations,” like small splurges, like your positive thoughts, will be at least 10,000 times more powerful than their more negative counterparts. So it’s not like you have to splurge on everything. For 19 out of 20 products, buy the cheapest brand; for the other one, splurge.
The tiniest demonstrations are fantastically amplified! This is why and how it takes so little, apart from consistency, to succeed.
2. Losing weight.
When it comes to the types of food you buy, do you usually buy low-fat, low-calorie, diet-this, diet-that?
If so, every single purchase is screaming to the Universe, “I have a weight problem!” To which it, undoubtedly, silently shouts back: “I know! I ‘heard’ you the first 7,412 times. I’m on it! Don’t worry. I’ll put you in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people, dispose you to the wrong foods, and give you low self-esteem and slow metabolism! Roger! Gotcha!”
This is the power triggered by your actions. Not just dragging you down and bumming you out, but perpetuating the situation you are believing in or preparing for!
So believe in and prepare for, occasionally, within reason, never risking your solvency or sanity, the opposite of what you don’t want—what you do want!
You don’t have to, nor should you, eat all the fattening foods. Just every now and then indulge, as if you are already the perfect weight, with the perfect figure, happy as a lark. Play both ends to the middle; cut calories and occasionally indulge.
Act as if you are already the person you now dream of being.

3. Being in love.
When it comes to romantic relationships, are you guarding your heart? Perhaps because it was broken before and you don’t want that to happen again?
When you behave that way, your demonstration of mistrust is actually going to draw the worst possible behavior from the person you’re having a relationship with.
Instead, every now and then, you owe it to yourself and to them to trust. Raise the bar. They will notice, and you’ll maximize the chances that their behavior will please you.
On the offense, as you’ve just read, every now and then go out of your way to act as if you know of the inevitable, imminent arrival of your dream.
Or, similarly, act as if your dream has already come true and you’re now living in a world with its manifestation behind you.
Acting “as if” emboldens confidence, heightens positive expectations, and puts you out in the world where there can then be serendipities and so-called accidents and coincidences that were actually orchestrated by your earlier dreams and visions, eventually leading you to a life on earth that will physically mirror what you were originally thinking about, speaking to, and pretending was real.
When you use your thoughts, words, and actions wisely, you literally end up rearranging all the players, circumstances, and props on the stage of your life. You actually begin to design your future from among the most favorably infinite probabilities that will then exist, far beyond your conscious awareness, yet mildly dependent upon your other thoughts and where the world is.
All of which will inevitably, wildly exceed your greatest expectations, which are always limited by their inability to consider all that is always truly available to you.
