As a child, my father and stepmother tortured me for well over 10 years, and yet, regardless of this, my past and my childhood, no longer holds a charge. It no longer wreaks havoc in my present. This is important. Many of us let the traumas and hardships we’ve experienced zap us of our manifesting mojo.
I’m here to say, if I can overcome the horrors of my past, and attract a life I love, you can too.
You deserve to be happy. You deserve to have everything you want. You just have to believe that you can, and take the necessary steps to dissolve the blocks that keep you from believing in your worthiness. In your greatness. I did it. You can too.
I’m an addict. I’ve tried to kill myself twice. I’ve been arrested, I’ve cheated, I’ve lied, I’ve snorted things… I mean… I’ve been lost. I’ve been in excruciating, deep, feel-it-in-your-soul pain. If you met me, you would never know that I was tortured by my parents or that my own father told me how he was going to plan my rape.
You would never know.
Because I’ve healed those traumas.
And I’ve manifested a life I love.
And now it’s YOUR turn.
In the law of attraction world, there is a huge emphasis on positivity, being joyful, gratitude, and while that is all great and wonderful, none of those things will work if you do not heal the limiting beliefs and the pain that is in your subconscious from the traumas you’ve gone through.
In this post, I want to talk to you about a powerful “F” word that is a crucial step in your manifesting journey.
Forgiveness.
Before we go any further, I want to clarify something first – forgiving doesn’t mean CONDONING. It doesn’t mean that whatever they did or what happened to you is okay, or that you have to be best buds with whoever hurt you.
Forgiveness is about freeing yourself from all the hate and anger that is tied to your past trauma. For example, before I forgave my abusers, I wanted vengeance for what they did to me. I wanted them to pay, for the playing field to be made even. My heart and my brain were full of HATE and ANGER. What do you think that did to me? Being full of toxic and poisonous thoughts and feelings?
How can we create a life full of health, wealth, happiness and love when we have anger and hate coursing through our veins?
Forgiveness is necessary to live a life of freedom and grace. Forgiveness is necessary to live a life full of magic and positive manifestations.
Forgiveness will set you FREE. It won’t happen overnight. It may not be instantaneous. But as you set the intention and as you heal through your trauma, it WILL happen.
You will be able to move on.
You will be free.

Forgiveness is an essential way of BEING in order for your manifestations to become a reality.
Manifesting is all about being in vibrational alignment with what you want, right? Our vibe doesn’t lie.
We may try to fool ourselves into thinking we can still get what we want, without doing the healing work, but you’ll either see minor improvements, trickles here and there, or you’ll stay stuck and stagnant and nothing will happen. Forgiveness helps you to clear your energy, and align with the vibration of what you want.
Forgiveness is HEALING. When you forgive, the energy of whatever plagued you is no longer there, and you are set FREE to step into the version of the life you want to be living.
Remember, forgiveness is an ENERGETIC shift. It doesn’t mean you have to be best buds with anyone or anything.
Forgive, forgive, forgive. Forgive so you can set yourself free from that negativity and manifest all of the abundance you want into your life.
I know this can be a difficult thing and it will depend on your level of trauma. Make sure you get the support you need. Your life is worth making the effort so get help. You are only promised today. Don’t waste it hating or reliving events that you cannot change. What you CAN change is how you live from here on out.
