Everyone is having their own unique human life experience, and everything we experience is filtered through the lens of the emotion we feel in the moment.
When we feel joyful, excited, healthy, rested, and energized, that is one energy filter. When we feel stressed, worried, exhausted, unhealthy, or imbalanced, that is another energy filter. Our filter or lens is constantly changing along with our energy and the emotion we feel.
Love is a feeling, a state of being, and even an action. This high-vibrational, heart-centered energy feels light, bright, and expansive. Love isn’t meant to hurt, but sometimes we may feel hurt, sad, confused, and even frustrated depending on what others say or do—or even with what they don’t say or do.
Conversely, fear is a lower vibrational dense energy that can weigh us down and affect us deeply.
Sometimes, it may seem as though we are going through the motions of life and functioning on autopilot rather than living life to the fullest degree possible. Instead of doing so mindlessly, we are being invited to focus mindfully—mindFUL rather than mindLESS.
And that doesn’t mean that our mind needs to be full and overthinking. It simply means that we need to be conscious and aware of what we are doing and how we invest our energy. This practice entails being present and grounded energetically.
Whenever dense and chaotic energy surrounds us, we can acknowledge and observe the lower vibrational energy rather than allow ourselves to become affected by it. Then we can consciously shift the worry, fearful energy that we may feel to one of awareness and concern, which is a different vibration.
The intention to let love lead the way provides us with an opportunity to welcome each moment with openness and kindness. We are doing this not just for ourselves individually, but for the collective consciousness as a whole, too.
This powerful loving intention of letting our love flow is heart-based and reminds us to stay in a space of grace, especially when faced with challenges.
Love is always accessible, unconditional, and unfaltering. It transcends yet also embraces. When we consider the idea of being love, this includes choosing to stay in the heart-space and doing our best to see every individual and experience through the lens of love.
Our words have power, which is why it is essential to become aware of our energetic emission with the thoughts that we think and the words that we speak, including the words we speak to ourselves.
The foundation of heart-centered consciousness is love—pure and simple. When we embrace living from the heart, we allow love to be the guiding force for all that we think, say, and do.
Understandably, how we feel and what we do contributes to that metaphorical ocean of Oneness. As a drop in the proverbial ocean, we are each creating a ripple by our very act of being.
As energetic beings having a human experience in physical form, we operate, function, and respond from our level of awareness and consciousness. Everything we think, say, and do creates a ripple. Becoming more aware of our energetic emission will help us create a conscious and positive ripple.
We can choose to embody the energy of love with the thoughts that we think, the words that we speak, and the actions that we take. May we each be an instrument of peace, joy, and unconditional love to all those that we encounter. As we let our love flow, we are love in motion.
