February: Put yourself in the picture of your dreams - Close your eyes and step into a vision of your future self. Write a short “day in the life” entry as if you’re already living it.
March: Step into your fear as growth - Think of one fear you’re facing right now. Reframe it as a sign of growth. Journal about what this fear is teaching you.
April: Turn your setback into seeds of opportunity - Recall a recent disappointment. Instead of asking “why me?” ask: “what opportunity could this hold?” Write down three possible gifts it carries.

July: Trust their journey (and your own) - Think of someone you want to help — and write one way you can support them by stepping back and letting them grow at their own pace.
August: Break free from “supposed-to” - Write down three “supposed-tos” you’ve been carrying. Then cross them out — and replace each with what you truly want instead.
September: Practice joy in the meantime - Write about one area where you don’t yet have what you want — then list three reasons you can still feel joy right now, in the meantime.
October: Write yourself an angel’s letter - Write a compassionate letter to yourself — as if you were an angel reminding you that fear, loneliness, and heartbreak are part of your courage.
November: Step into abundance by giving - Choose one way to give today — time, kindness, encouragement, or a small gift. Journal about how it makes you feel.
December: Count your real riches - Make a list of five things in your current life you wouldn’t trade for “all the gold in the world.” Let yourself feel the wealth of what you already have.
