Enlightenment is not something you do… it’s more of an undoing. We’ve been taught to work harder, be better than the next person, achieve more, and do-do-do… it’s exhausting! In reality, it’s about letting go, releasing, allowing, and trusting — the reverse of all we’ve been taught. I’m teaming up with Lyssa Royal Holt (channel of Sasha) for The Undoing, in which we’ll explore the undoing of false conditioning and belief systems in order to awaken to who we really are and what we’re really capable of.
