Our Mission

We’re a network of trainers from every walk of life sharing a spiritual, non-religious, program on living deliberately, based on Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams. Our mission is to reach out to those who have not yet been reached with the truths about life’s beauty and our power.


Who We Reach

Our training program places an emphasis on reaching the underprivileged, but there are no requirements or limitations on who Trainers may work with. We aim to reach anyone and everyone, for profit or non-profit. We have Trainers offering programs to their friends and family as well as to clients and customers, tapping private, corporate, or government organizations. Trainers may also use their training and accreditation in their own businesses, such as coaching, facilitating, teaching, authoring, or professional speaking.

What We Believe and Teach

We believe that everyone’s special, every life is meaningful, and we’re all here to learn that dreams really do come true. We teach others of their ability to shape their lives and live their dreams through understanding and working with their thoughts, words, attitudes, beliefs, and actions (read Our Story). Our program is based on Mike Dooley’s New York Times bestselling book, Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams. The contents of this book include:

  1. Thoughts Become Things: An explanation on the power of our thoughts, how they shape the circumstances of our lives, and how they can be used to affect extraordinary life changes.
  2. Beliefs: The precursors of our thoughts and imagination, how to detect and work with our beliefs to align them with the life of our dreams.
  3. Emotions: What they are, where they come from, how to understand their source and learn from them.
  4. Taking Action: How we make our intentions known to the Universe and how we can change the direction of our lives through action.
  5. Instincts and Hunches, Dreams and Desires: The purpose of these in our lives and how they serve as a pipeline to divine intelligence.
  6. Faith and the Magical Universe: Faith and the magic it inspires in a Universe conspiring on our behalf. The Meaning of Life: What matters and why we are really here.

Spirituality & Religion

We focus on the term "spirituality" in our work because for most people it promotes views similar to our own, in that we believe in God, divine intelligence, and a benevolent Universe where everyone is ONE with this creator, and thereby loved, forgiven, and accepted eternally.

While respecting all approaches to spirituality, we’ve not aligned ourselves with any religion, nor do we permit trainers to incorporate any religious doctrines with our program, to ensure that no person or group is ever excluded from the universal principles that we believe apply to all people, regardless of their "faith" or lack thereof.

We pack a tight schedule, but morning sessions are optional and at almost every conference we have volunteers who offer to teach yoga, meditation, tapping, etc. Plus, we realize the difference that “place” can make when it comes to a transformational weekend away… so we are intentional to choose the best locations for our conferences, while still keeping them affordable.

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Main Session Registration - Check-in, say hello to the Infinite Possibilities Crew, and pick up your conference materials before the doors open.
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm Main Session Doors Open - Get to know fellow Trainers during a human-scavenger-hunt before the evening session begins. Light appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available for drinks.
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Main Session Opening Session - A comedic introduction by Andy Dooleywill be followed by a formal welcome by Mike Dooley to address our vision, our mission, and give us an overview of the days ahead. Mike will introduce the Key Note Speaker, Mr. Norberto Perez, Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional at Orange County Jails. Regena Garrepy, Conference Co-Chair and Director of Training, will lead a brief mixer to meet and mingle with fellow participants.

This evening will be a fun and important exercise from the program's lessons, where we will "act as if" or "act the part" of the person we dream of being within the next 5 years. Everyone will wear special name tags that we will provide. If spirit moves you, please bring whatever clothes, props, or artifacts you might be seen with once the ship of your dreams has arrived. If you're drawing a blank as to what to wear, feel free (not required) to get dressed up!

Questions & Answers

Do I have to attend the event to be a Trainer?
For now, yes. It's possible that in the future trainings will also be offered over the internet at times to be announced in the daily Notes and through local chapters that may eventually be established.

What if I don't feel ready to be a Trainer, can I attend anyway?
Sure! Come for networking, come for inspiration, or come for the fun of it. Most attendees are not (yet) professional facilitators. In addition to our trainings, there will also be lots of talk on life's truths and you will constantly be reminded of life's magic and your power. Come, and see what shows up for you!

Can my children be involved or attend the conference?
For now, yes. It's possible that in the future trainings will also be offered over the internet at times to be announced in the daily Notes and through local chapters that may eventually be established.

How can I learn more of your spiritual views so I might better know what I am getting involved in?

Can I deduct my travel and participation costs as business expenses?
This would depend on a number of factors, none of which we have control over. Please consult your accountant for the answer that applies to you.

Can I use what I learn in my private coaching, teaching, facilitating practices?
Absolutely, with proper attribution. You may also include your training and certification in your credentials on a resume, bio, or business card. Also see the next question.

How may I identify myself as a participant/graduate in your Infinite Possibilities Train the Trainer Program?
Upon completing the program, you will officially be a "Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer." To receive your certificate you will have to sign the following release: Click HERE for Release and Waiver Form. You may also reference "Infinite Possibilities Train the Trainer," "Mike Dooley," or "TUT's Adventurers Club" combined with "Certified Trainer." Do you offer certification or teachings for life coaches?
This program is the only program we offer, but you may refer to your involvement with this project - see the above question.

How many people do you expect will attend the next event?
The last event had 240 Trainers and the enthusiasm and excitement continues to take us by surprise. We expect at least as many at the next event. If you're interested, you should sign up as soon as possible as seating is limited.

If I am trained, may I train Trainers?
There may eventually come a time when perhaps through chapter organizations this might be possible, for now however it is not.

How involved is Mike? Will he be able to help me?
Mike is 100% involved in this program, overseeing everything, and it's success is among his highest priorities. He will also preside over every day of the conference, and he has personally delivered this material, using the workbook, for two years to inmates at the Orange County Jail in Orlando. He will not, however, be able to assist every Trainer.

Who can I deliver the material to?
Anyone, although the workbook is best suited to ages 15 and up. You can reach out to any gender, any age, any region. To individuals and family members or groups and organizations. This is the idea behind "Training the Trainer" - to empower anyone wanting to spread the word, to share it wherever and with whomever you want to share it with.

What if presenting is new to me?
It was new to Mike 12 years ago, and the idea terrified him. He joined Toastmasters to deal with his fear of public speaking, and you might consider doing the same. In the meantime, join us and prepare for your inevitable success as a future Trainer.

What is your policy on refunds?
Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to an event are fully refundable minus a $35 admin fee. Within 3 weeks of the event, 50% refundable. Within 1 week of the event, non-refundable.

Are there any scholarships available?
We have a limited number of partial scholarships available for each event which will reduce the recipient’s registration price. This scholarship has been designed to help those in the greatest need of financial assistance. Scholarships do not include any personal lodging or travel accommodations. Please see scholarship application for more details.

Important Guidelines and Consideration

  • Must be fully acquainted, and in agreement, with the universal truths presented in Infinite Possibilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Under no circumstances may any religious views or beliefs be infused with the work. Stories and metaphors from any holy book (like the bible, Koran, etc.) can be shared on the condition that they not be an endorsement of said books or the religions that sprung from them, including Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, etc.
  • This conference and program is meant to complement the other work, training, and studies of our Trainers. Certification is granted to all in attendance, and is not meant to imply more.
  • Certified Trainers are free to conduct their own programs with references to Infinite Possibilities, Mike Dooley, as well as their certification and training, in any format they like, for profit or non-profit. There must be no implication, however, that they are working for or with Mike Dooley, rather it must be clear that they are independent Trainers, facilitators, teachers, speakers, etc. Click here to read the Release and Waiver Form that explains our Trainers relationship to Mike, TUT, and the program. Additionally, Trainers should feel free to contact us with any specific questions with regard to their training and representations they may make.

Tax Status

Although our first two conferences, in 2011 and 2012, were hosted by our charitable 501(c)3, Gifts from the Universe, Inc., their expenses were fully covered by attendee’s registration fees. We therefore neither need donations nor a tax exempt status. Accordingly, future conferences (in 2013 and beyond) will either be hosted by TUT Enterprises, Inc. or a subsidiary thereof, and will not be considered charitable events.
