This is our 4-day certification program to become an Infinite Possibilities Trainer. Learn directly from Mike Dooley how to reach those who have not yet been reached with life's truths as outlined in his NY Times bestseller, Infinite Possibilities. Mike will be in attendance throughout the entire event and will personally present the 7 core training lessons from the Infinite Possibilities Workbook that’s now being used by our trainers in their respective fields around the world, in both profit and nonprofit environments.

VISION
To create a network of global trainers who reach out to those who want to be reached with the simplest, yet most empowering, of messages: that everyone’s special, that every life is meaningful, and that we’re all here to learn that dreams really do come true. And as we teach, so will we learn as much, if not more, than those we teach to. All of which will revolve around our future world headquarters, a TUT's Adventurers Club Lodge that will likely have satellite lodges in key locations around the world.


TARGET AUDIENCES FOR TRAINERS
Anyone and everyone, for profit or non-profit. Our primary aim is to reach those who have not yet been reached with the truths of life’s beauty and our power. To that end our training program places an emphasis on reaching the underprivileged, but there are no requirements or limitations on who Trainers may work with. We already have trainers offering programs to their friends and family as well as to clients and customers, tapping private, corporate or government organizations. Most of our efforts are now aimed at reaching people who can fairly immediately put the information to use. Eventually, however, as our Trainer base grows along with their targeted interests, there will be modified workbooks and training materials for every niche of people in our societies (e.g. younger teens, children, and others).


COMMITMENT
None, other than we strongly recommend reading Infinite Possibilities prior to attending. This is a new program that's still being formed. We only ask that participants be genuinely interested in learning about reaching and teaching those who wish to learn about life's truths, as outlined in Infinite Possibilities. Nothing is expected of attendees at or after the event.

OPPORTUNITY
Get in on the ground floor! Learn to be a teacher, facilitator, speaker or trainer with proven, proprietary content, free materials, peer support, and a sense of purpose and camaraderie that comes from joining efforts with likeminded people!


We train and provide tools for reaching those people in the world who have not yet been reached, offering a model for our Trainers that can be used in either profit and nonprofit work. Our Trainers are free to use what they learn from us in any capacity they choose, license and royalty free, with the trend being to use their Certification to first train friends and associates in a low pressure, fun environment, and then offering programs to the public, for a fee and/or as a volunteer.


Meanwhile, as we grow, administratively and on the speaking platform, we are doing so internally, choosing volunteers, hiring speakers, consultants, and, eventually, staff, from the ranks of those who’ve been through our program and begun delivering it. Furthermore, by joining now, early in our development, there are greater chances that your achievements will be known as you share your ideas, strategies, innovations and progress in our forums and web based posting sites, with others who are already doing the same.


FUTURE EVENTS
We've already hosted 3 events since October 2011, each successively larger and sooner than the previous one. Denver’s conference will be less than 5 months after the Seattle event! As attendance continues to grow, we will host an increasing number of events every year with a likely 3rd this year, somewhere on the US east coast in the fall. All future events are announced as soon as they’re known, both on this page and in Mike Dooley's daily Notes from the Universe.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

  • Must be fully acquainted, and in agreement, with the Universal truths presented in Infinite Possibilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Under no circumstances may any religious views or beliefs be infused with the work. Stories and metaphors from any holy book (like the bible, Koran, etc.) can be shared on the condition that they not be an endorsement of said books or the religions that sprung from them, including Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, etc.
  • This conference and program is meant to complement the other work, training, and studies of our trainers. Certification is granted to all in attendance, and is not meant to imply more.
  • Certified Trainers are free to conduct their own programs with references to Infinite Possibilities, Mike Dooley, as well as their certification and training, in any format they like, for profit or non-profit. TENTATIVE ITINERARY (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)


Thursday – Greetings, Inspiration, and Community Building
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Registration – Check-in, say hello, and pick up your conference materials before the doors open.


7:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Doors Open – Get to know your fellow trainers during a human-scavenger-hunt before the evening reception starts. Light appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available for drinks.


8:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Reception – A comedic introduction by Andy Dooley will be followed by a formal welcome by Mike Dooley to address our vision, our mission, and give us an overview of the days ahead. Mike will introduce the Key Note Speaker, Mr. Norberto Perez, Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional at Orange County Jails. Regena Garrepy, Conference Co-Chair, will lead a brief mixer immediately followed by an informal, open reception to meet and mingle with fellow participants.


Friday – The Course Work: Infinite Possibilities
8:45 am - 9:00 am: Doors Open.


9:00 am - 10:30 am: The 5 W’s of Being a Trainer – Introduction and visualization led by Andy Dooley. Then Mike will bring everyone up-to-date with our Train the Trainer progress and take Trainers through the 5 W’s of being a Trainer: who, what, when, where, and why (answering the obvious questions and the not-so-obvious ones).


9:00 am - 10:30 am: Optional Breakout (for returning certified trainers only) – Muss Hernandez (Certified Trainer), will introduce the idea of “Radical Forgiveness,” and show trainers how the principals of Radical Forgiveness complement Infinite Possibilities. Learn how to combine your other passions with the IP curriculum and help yourself and your trainees to heal from the past while shaping the future.


10:30 am - 10:45 am: Morning Break.


10:45 am - 12:00 pm: Getting to “Go!” and Becoming a Trailblazer – Mike will lead trainers through assembling, preparing, and delivering their first sessions, one chapter at a time. He will share a template that allows trainers to quickly and easily prepare a 1-hour workbook chapter talk, from opening to closing. Plus, how to reach the designation of Trailblazer!


10:45 am - 12:00 pm: Optional Breakout (for returning certified trainers only) – Angie Charlebois (Certified Trainer), will lead returning trainers through “The Focus Wheel,” a creative, engaging process that can be used to develop the Infinite Possibilities content and help trainers and trainees to achieve their goals.


12:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch – Everyone is on their own for lunch. Suggestions will be provided for restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area.


1:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Reviewing the Workbook Content – Mike will take trainers through the entire Infinite Possibilities Workbook, chapter by chapter, giving us an inside look at the key lessons, intents, and objectives.


1:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Optional Breakout (for returning certified trainers only) – Leslie Villelli (Trailblazer), will discuss “The Art of Answering Questions” – what lies behind every question and how to leverage and relate what you find to the truths we teach as trainers.


3:00 pm - 3:15 pm: Afternoon Break.


3:15 pm - 4:15 pm: The Messenger’s Journey – Regena Garrepy (Trailblazer), will share what she has learned about being a messenger and sharing the Infinite Possibilities work.


4:15 pm - 5:15 pm: Giving the Talk, Walking the Walk - Michael Tarby (Trailblazer), will share his personal experiences as a trainer/trailblazer and how an amateur can sound like a pro, simply by preparing for presentations and training sessions. He will share speaking and delivery tips for the beginner and the accomplished speaker, plus tips for boosting self-confidence.


5:15 pm - 7:30 pm: Dinner – Everyone is on their own for dinner. Suggestions will be provided for restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area.


7:00 pm - 7:50 pm: Optional Special Session (open to everyone) – Tracy Farquhar (Trailblazer), a professional psychic medium, will host a Spirit Gallery, where she will connect with spirit energy to convey messages to members of the audience. While not everyone is guaranteed to receive a message, these galleries are fascinating, moving, and fun.


8:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Optional Special Session (open to everyone) – Interactive Play with Andy Dooley and Regena Garrepy. Mix, mingle, and play while learning some fun games and exercises that can be used in your own training sessions.


Saturday – The Message, The Lesson, and The Trainer

7:30 am - 8:30 am: Optional Special Session (open to everyone) – Regena Garrepy (Trailblazer) and Gretchen Ehret (Trailblazer), will show you how to use the Infinite Possibilities Presenter’s Guide to plan future training sessions.


8:45 am - 9:00 am: Doors Open.


9:00 am - 10:30 am: Considerations for Training – Introduction and visualization led by Andy Dooley. Then Mike Dooley will share considerations for training: content delivery tips and tricks, plus how to be of service while growing your business.


9:00 am - 10:30 am: Optional Breakout (for returning certified trainers only) – Collaboration and Brainstorming. A special opportunity for returning trainers to meet with other certified trainers in the field to learn who’s doing what and where. Share your stories and experiences, while supporting each other, networking, and gaining new ideas and insights.


10:30 am - 10:45 am: Morning Break.


10:45 am - 12:00 pm: Workbook Review – Mike will lead trainers through an overview of the entire program, A-Z., beginning with a chapter-by-chapter review of key points, exercises, and lessons. Trainers will be guided in ways to engage participants and foster comprehension. Talking points will be shared, as well as the anticipation of “delicate” subjects.


10:45 am - 12:00 pm: Optional Breakout (for returning certified trainers only) – David Casti (Trailblazer), will lead trainers through “Business Basics for Entrepreneurs,” a crash course on going into business for yourself. We have all heard “do what you love and the money will follow,” but what actions can you take to put that truth into action in your own life? This session will explain the basic financial and legal “rules of the road,” developing a marketing plan, and the tools to use to reach your audience.


12:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch – Everyone is on their own for lunch. Suggestions will be provided for restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area.


1:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Delivering a Chapter from the Workbook – Kimberly Powers (Trailblazer), will lead a real-time demonstration of how to deliver the Instincts and Faith chapter from the Infinite Possibilities Workbook, including a talk on science – measurement and proof; spirituality, faith, and hope; and the convergence of heart and mind.


3:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Training through Storytelling and Humor – Andy Dooley (Trailblazer), will discuss how to incorporate storytelling and humor into your training sessions.


3:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Optional Breakout (for returning certified trainers only) – A special “Jam Session” with Mike to ask the following questions: What are your breakthroughs? What’s working? How can we further support you? Where do you see yourself and the program 5 years from now? And more.


5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Evening Break.


6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Cocktail Hour – Meet and mingle with fellow participants before dinner. A cash bar will be available.


7:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Dinner (optional networking for each interest group by table).

9:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Special Guest Speaker, Johnny Waite (Trailblazer) – Johnny Waite One of our program’s most stunning success stories. Just 4 years ago, after his "perfect world" collapsed in spectacular fashion, Johnny was living in his car. After immersing himself in truth and attending our Orlando 2012 Conference, he went on to become one of our first Canadian Trailblazers and then a panel-presenter at our Seattle 2013 Conference. Today he integrates self-hypnosis training with Infinite Possibilities, as he travels internationally blogging, coaching, and speaking, while performing in ultra-endurance athletic competitions.

Johnny says, "It was only when I had literally nothing that I realized I still had absolutely everything." Today he helps others redefine what’s possible, having learned from his own experiences. His story and message were so enthusiastically received by our Seattle Conference audience that we had to invite him back, this time as our featured speaker.

Sunday – Application, Reality, and Rewards
8:00 am - 8:45 am: Optional Special Session (open to everyone) – – Learning self-hypnosis with Johnny Waite.


8:45 am - 9:00 am: Doors Open.


9:00 am - 10:30 am: Trailblazer Panel Presentation – Introduction and visualization led by Andy Dooley, followed by our special “In the Trenches” Trailblazer Panel. Infinite Possibilities Trailblazers who are now successfully working in the field will share what they’ve learned and answer your questions about being a trainer.


10:30 am - 10:45 am: Morning Break.


10:45 am - 12:00 pm: Roundtable Rehearsals – Following the instructions from Andy Dooley and his presentation Saturday, we will break into small groups (of roundtables) to practice delivering a brief lesson and story.


12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Wrap up – Sharing final announcements and going over trainer resources, plus Mike will share a vision of the future and the role we, as trainers, play.

Questions & Answers


1.   Do I have to attend the event to be a trainer?
For now, yes. It's possible that in the future trainings will also be offered over the internet at times to be announced in the daily Notes and through local chapters that may eventually be established.
2.   What if I don't feel ready to be a trainer, can I attend anyway?
Sure! Come for networking, come for inspiration, or come for the fun of it. Most attendees are not (yet) professional facilitators. In addition to our trainings, there will also be lots of talk on life's truths and you will constantly be reminded of life's magic and your power. Come, and see what shows up for you!
3.   Can my children be involved or attend the conference?
This is a professional event for adult participants. If your children would like to deliver the material to other children, there will likely be such a course offered in the future, but for now this is not an option. Of course, as long as they do not need supervision, you can bring them to the hotel, but please do not bring them to our meetings.
4.   How can I learn more of your spiritual views so I might better know what I am getting involved in?

5.   Can I deduct my travel and participation costs as business expenses?
This would depend on a number of factors, none of which we have control over. Please consult your accountant for the answer that applies to you.
6.   Can I use what I learn in my private coaching, teaching, facilitating practices?
Absolutely, with proper attribution. You may also include your training and certification in your credentials on a resume, bio, or business card. Also see the next question.
7.   How may I identify myself as a participant/graduate in your Infinite Possibilities Train the Trainer Program?
Upon completing the program, you will officially be a "Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer." To receive your certificate you will have to sign the following release: Click HERE for Release and Waiver Form. You may also reference "Infinite Possibilities Train the Trainer," "Mike Dooley," or "TUT's Adventurers Club" combined with "Certified Trainer." If you have questions, please email us, fun@tut.com!
8.   Do you offer certification or teachings for life coaches?
This program is the only program we offer, but you may refer to your involvement with this project - see the above question.
9.   How many people do you expect will attend the next next event?
The first events had 135+ trainers and the enthusiasm and excitement continues to take us by surprise. We expect at least as many at the next event. If you're interested, you should sign up as soon as possible as seating is limited.
10. If I am trained, may I train trainers?
There may eventually come a time when perhaps through chapter organizations this might be possible, for now however it is not.
11. How involved is Mike? Will he be able to help me?
Mike is 100% involved in this program, overseeing everything, and it's success is among his highest priorities. He will also preside over every day of the conference, and he has personally delivered this material, using the workbook, for two years to inmates at the Orange County Jail in Orlando. He will not, however, be able to assist every trainer.
12. Who can I deliver the material to?
Anyone, although the workbook is best suited to ages 15 and up. You can reach out to any gender, any age, any region. To individuals and family members or groups and organizations. This is the idea behind "training the trainer" - to empower anyone wanting to spread the word, to share it wherever and with whomever you want to share it with.
13. What if presenting is new to me?
It was new to Mike 12 years ago, and the idea terrified him. He joined Toastmasters to deal with his fear of public speaking, and you might consider doing the same. In the meantime, join us and prepare for your inevitable success as a future trainer.
14. What is your policy on refunds?
Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to an event are fully refundable minus a $35 admin fee. Within 3 weeks of the event, 50% refundable. Within 1 week of the event, non-refundable.

16. Are there any scholarships available?
We have a limited number of partial scholarships available for each event, for $250 off the full event price, designed to help those in the greatest need of financial assistance. Scholarships do not include any personal lodging or travel accommodations. The deadline to apply for a scholarship to the Denver Conference was April 18, 2013 and at this point all scholarships have been awarded.
