PURPOSE
For the past year, as outlined in "Our Story," I've volunteered to speak to prisoners about
life's beauty and our power. The program I've created is very simple and easy to replicate, which
is exactly what this conference is about: To prepare prospective trainers for their time
before audiences or individuals.
TARGET AUDIENCES FOR TRAINERS
At-risk teens, battered women, the homeless, prisoners, AA and NA members, even your friends. The idea behind this program
is to reach people, primarily adults for now (or older teens), who can fairly immediately put the information to use. Within a
year or two there will be modified workbooks for younger teens, children, and other niche groups.
COMMITMENT
None, other than reading Infinite Possibilities
prior to attendance.
This is a brand new program that's still being formed. We only ask that participants be
genuinely interested in learning about volunteering to help those who wish to learn about life's
truths, as outlined in Infinite Possibilities. Nothing will be expected of attendees at or after the event.

$250 for tuition and select meals as outlined in the itinerary. Travel and lodging are not covered.
Itinerary
Friday
Private reception: 8 pm - 10 pm Short welcome presentation and orientation by Mike Dooley and a Key Note speech by Norberto Perez of Orange County Corrections. Immediately followed by an informal, open reception to mingle with Mike, the TUT Team, and one another. Light appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available for drinks.
Saturday
Morning Session: 10 am - 12 pm Mike will use this morning and afternoon to walk Trainers through the entire program that they will be delivering, using the Infinite Possibilities workbook.
Lunch/Break: 12 pm - 2 pm Everyone is on their own for lunch.
Afternoon Session: 2 pm - 5 pm Mike will continue with the day long program, allowing participants to share, mingle, and break into groups at designated times.
Group Dinner: 7 pm - 10 pm A special evening dinner with a talk by Andy Dooley! Casual business attire recommended.
Sunday
Morning Session: 9 am - 12:00 pm Mike will speak on immediate strategies for growth, how to find interested organizations, and a vision for the future. At the end of the session, time will be taken for final thoughts, questions and answers.
Farewell lunch: 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm a buffet style farewell lunch will be served, as we draw the program to an end and say our farewells.
Considerations for Participation
- Must be fully acquainted, and in total agreement, with the Universal truths presented in Infinite Possibilities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Under no circumstances may any religious views or beliefs be infused with the work. Stories and metaphors from any holy book (like the bible, Koran, etc.) can be shared on the condition that they not be an endorsement of said books or the religions that sprung from them, including Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, etc.
- Workshops offered by trained trainers, in the name of Infinite Possibilities, Gifts from the Universe, or Mike Dooley should be non-profit in nature (volunteer work), however all trainers are free to conduct their own programs, under their own names or with other organizations in any format they like. Trainers are welcome to reference their Infinite Possibilities training and certification for the purpose of enhancing their own business credentials and/or careers. Questions & Answers
| 1. Do I have to attend the event to be a trainer? |
| For our inaugural year, yes. Beyond that, and perhaps sooner, trainings will also be offered over the internet at times to be announced in the daily Notes and through local chapters that are to be established. |
| 2. Can my children be involved or attend the conference? |
| This is a professional event for adult participants who wish to deliver the material immediately. If your children would like to deliver the material to other children, there will likely be such a course offered within a year, but at this first event this is not an option. Of course, as long as they do not need supervision, you can bring them to Orlando, but please do not bring them to our meetings. |
| 3. How can I learn more of your spiritual views so I might better know what I am getting involved in? |

| 4. Can I deduct my travel and participation costs? |
| This would depend on a number of factors, none of which we have control over. Please consult your accountant for the answer that applies to you. |
| 5. Can I use what I learn in my private coaching, teaching, facilitating practices? |
| Absolutely, with proper attribution. You may also include your training and certification in your credentials on a resume, bio, or business card. |
| 6. How may I identify myself as a participant/graduate in your Gifts from the Universe Program? |
| Upon completing the program, you will officially be a "Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer." You may also reference "Gifts from the Universe," "Mike Dooley," or "TUT's Adventurers Club" combined with "Certified Trainer," for as long as this program stays in effect, which we expect to be indefinite. | 7. Do you offer certification or teachings for life coaches? |
| This program is the only program we offer, but you may refer to your involvement with this project - see the above question. |
| 8. How many people do you expect will attend your first event? |
| We really don't know, but based upon the enthusiasm of those who know about it, we expect 100-200 (a sell out). If you're interested, you should sign up as soon as possible. |
| 9. If I am trained, may I train trainers? |
| There will eventually come a time when perhaps through chapter organizations this will be possible, for now however it is not. |
| 10. How involved is Mike? Will he be able to help me? |
| Mike is 100% involved in this program, overseeing everything, and it's among his highest priorities. He will also preside over every day of the conference, and he has personally delivered this material, using the workbook, for over a year to inmates at the Orange County Jail in Orlando. He will not, however, be able to assist every trainer. |
| 11. Who can I deliver the material to? |
| Anyone, although the workbook is best suited to ages 15 and up. You can reach out to any gender, any age, any region. This is the idea behind "training the trainer" - to empower anyone wanting to spread the word (you!), to share it wherever and with whomever you want to share it with. |
| 12. What if presenting is new to me? |
| It was new to Mike 11 years ago, and the idea terrified him. He joined Toastmasters to deal with his fear of public speaking, and you might consider doing the same. In the meantime, join us and prepare for your inevitable success as a future trainer. |
| 13. What is your policy on refunds? |
| If you advise us within 3 weeks of the event that you cannot make it, you will receive a 100% refund of your enrollment fee. After 3 weeks, but before 1 week, 50%. No refunds prior to one week of the event. |
| 14. Is there another way I can be involved besides attending? |
| Through cash support. All money will be used to buy books for those trained by our trainers and to handle simple administrative tasks. No one at TUT or on the board receives any compensation or salaries. Meaning that your tax free donation, under US tax laws, will go entirely to the benefit of students who would likely never have such exposure. Click here to donate! |
