What is it?

TUT's Adventurers Club is looking for designs to be used on our t-shirts, gift products, and even perhaps as a registered TUT trademark! If you have a cool idea for how we can display our logo "Thoughts Become Things... Choose the Good Ones"®, "Thoughts Become Things" or "TBT" please send us your design!

What are we looking for?

We're looking for cool designs using our phrase and motto, "Thoughts Become Things... Choose the Good Ones"®, "Thoughts Become Things," or "TBT"! Incorporate any of these slogans into your design and your artwork may be chosen to be featured on future TUT gear! Paintings, drawings, photographs, graphic designs, etc. are all welcome (as long as it's your own original work). Entries will be judged according to subjective evaluations of each entry's originality, creativity and appropriate expression of sentiments that help to achieve TUT's goals.

What will you win?

We will select up to 5 winners. Each winner will receive $100. Plus, if we incorporate your design as a registered trademark with global exclusivity, we will pay you an additional $500! We may or may not use all of the winning designs on products or at the website, but all will be considered for trademark. Winners will be announced by November 30, 2008.

What are the rules?

Please carefully read the Contest Rules below before submitting your entry:

• Each artist's submission must contain his or her own artwork, photograph, or graphics. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
• The words "Thoughts Become Things... Choose the Good ones,"® "Thoughts Become Things," or "TBT" must appear in the design.
• All entries must be received by November 14, 2008 and must contain a signed Grant of Rights Form.
• Winners must be at least 18 years of age.

TUT Enterprises, Inc., and affiliated parties are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries. Any entries received after November 14, 2008 or without a copy of the signed Grant of Rights will not be considered in the final decision. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. There is no limit of allowed entries per person. All entries become the property of TUT Enterprises, Inc. By entering, entrant agrees to grant all rights, including without limitation, all copyright and trademark rights throughout the world, in the slogan and artwork contained in entrant's entry to TUT Enterprises, Inc. IMPORTANT: GRANT OF RIGHTS AND ELIGIBILITY (Click HERE to download) Please carefully read, sign, and return back to us via mail, e-mail attachment, or fax, along with your submission. (Grants may be faxed, however submissions must be sent by email or courier.)

Hot tip:

While we do not want to limit, inhibit, or restrain your creative flow, we're looking more for illustrations and graphic art than photography. We also discourage the use of human faces, characters or models. Having shared this, if spirit moves you to a contradictory beat follow that beat and your entry will be considered!

3. Send your submission via mail or e-mail (see details below). All entries must be received by November 14, 2008 and contain:
   • Your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and website if desired (websites will be posted next to each winner's name).
   • A SIGNED COPY OF THE GRANT OF RIGHTS (or your submission will not be accepted).
