Why do you refer to God as "She"?

Q:  Why do you refer to God as "She"?

A:  Well, God is certainly not a "He"!

"God" is a term that has tons of baggage, most of it very limiting. It's long overdo that our civilization, particularly people of religion (any and every religion), consider redefining God. Time we stopped thinking of God as an entity with human characteristics... sometimes loving, sometimes vengeful... judgmental, and often disapproving... masculine... outside of ourselves... and on, and on, and on. Time we started realizing that God is EVERYTHING... pure love... totally accepting of us all (no matter what we may have ever done)... nonjudgmental... never vengeful, etc.

By referring to God as a She, perhaps I jolt and prod others into finally considering that GOD might not be what, or who, we've thought Her to be.
