the labels only exacerbate things,
bringing on more complications.
You simply need to do your best not
to dwell on the past, nor worry
about the future, but when you do,
that’s OK! You’re in good company ;)
At the same time, do what you know
to do... visualize, let go of the
hows, act with faith (using token
gestures), keep grounded with brief
readings from favorite spiritual
books (not the religious kind),
etc... and this will always be
enough to turn things around. Don’t
doubt it, just do it. It always
works.
