Should I make total health a goal, or a means to the lifestyle I am seeking to create?

Q: I recently had breast cancer and I am now in Chemotherapy. My prognosis is excellent and I am doing well with the chemo. As I use the TUT process to visualize and create what's next, do I make my total health as a goal or as a means to achieve the very healthy lifestyle that I am seeking to create?

I am thinking that you are thinking (perhaps) that my total health is already in place;  I just need to acknowledge it, continue to visualize it, and focus on what I will use my total health for (sports, work, etc...).

A: You're right! There is only a healthy body, and you should do the sports to enjoy it, not to heal it.

Your body need not be seen as the means for anything. That is implied anyway. Health can be a goal itself, but you already have it. Go ahead and pick new goals, unrelated to health, but that imply health.
