What's the best way to "put myself in
the picture" when I visualize?
Q:
Doing the 5 minute daily visualization
you are supposed to "put yourself in the
picture."
Does
that mean seeing yourself in your mind's
eye like you'd see another person in
real life (i.e., seeing your entire
body)?
Or, does it mean seeing the things you
want in your visualization through your
mind's eye like you would with your real
eyes? Where the only parts of your body
you'd see would be the tip of your nose
and your body below the neck?
A:
The latter, I think, is better, but I suggest doing
both!
